Why we started

Pleadli started from a simple observation: most teams that handle complex, high-stakes work — police stations, clinics, farms, courts, logistics companies — are still doing it with paper, email, and spreadsheets.

The forms exist. The decisions happen. The records are kept. But none of it is connected, trackable, or reusable. Every process lives in someone's inbox or a filing cabinet.

We built Pleadli to change that — a platform designed from the ground up around how documents and decisions actually flow through any organization, regardless of sector. One tool that works for a police officer in the field and a farm manager tracking inputs alike.
